The IDF spokesperson addressed the strike in Beirut's Dahieh district, stating that prior measures were taken to minimize the risk of harm to uninvolved civilians, including advance warnings to the area's population and use of precision munitions. The IDF spokesperson added that Hezbollah's storage of precision missiles, which led to the strike, constitutes "a blatant violation of understandings between Israel and Lebanon."
