The Eilat Magistrate's Court released three of the four suspects in the Eilat rape case, including a soldier, at the police's request. This follows a complaint filed by a 14-year-old girl who reported being raped at a vacation apartment in the city about a week ago. Attorney Kobi Balban, who represents one of the suspects on behalf of the Public Defender's Office, said: 'As we stated from the beginning of the investigation, the young man was not involved in the incident, and it is no coincidence that the court and investigating unit requested his release from detention.' Attorney Assi Levy, who represents the soldier in the case, added: 'From the first moment, he fully cooperated and maintained his innocence.'
