IDF Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi told soldiers in Memorial Day message said Israel needs to remember those who served and died and said he supports those scared by physical and emotional wounds.
On Monday, a veteran of the IDF who suffers from PTSD after his experiences in the 2014 Gaza war, set himself on fire in protest of inadequate treatment by the Defense Ministry.
