Israel and Kosovo will sign an agreement to establish diplomatic relations in a virtual ceremony on Monday, which will be attended by U.S. President Joe Biden.
Kosovo has found a property in central Jerusalem, where it will open its embassy in a few months. Biden set to take part in the ceremony.
