Israel reports 21.6% unemployment with 2.8 times more out of work than back on the job

Unemployment figures continue to rise with 2,000 new job seekers added over the weekend. The unemployment rate stands at 21.4%.
There were 2.8 times more newly unemployed than the 689 people who reported they were back on the job.
