IDF forces on Thursday defused an explosive charge in Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council near the border with the Gaza Strip.
The explosives were concealed in a soccer ball that was tied to a bundle of balloons, which was likely flown into Israeli territory over the Gaza border.
