Following the explosion in Beirut port that killed dozens and injured thousands, Israel's President Reuven Rivlin wrote on his Twitter page, "we share the pain of the Lebanese people and sincerely reach out to offer our aid at this difficult time," referring to the humanitarian aid Israel offered the Lebanese government.
