Hamas says postponing Palestinian elections will be capitulation to Israel

Hamas spokesman said on Friday that there was no reason to postpone elections to the Palestinian parliament set for May 23. Hamas insists claiming Israel's refusal to allow East Jerusalem Palestinians to participate in the ballot will be a capitulation to the will of the Israelis.
