Border Police and IDF forces arrested Hamas top official Adnan Ahmad Hassan Hadar in the West Bank city of Tulkarm. A riot broke out in in the area, with rioters throwing stones and incendiary bottles at the forces, who responded by using means to disperse demonstrations.
