Defense Minister Benny Gantz met with U.S. delegation to the Middle East and with its head, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Israel and Palestinian Affairs Hady Amr.
Gantz conveyed his deep appreciation for America's backing of Israel's right to defend itself against Hamas' terrorist attacks, and emphasized that Israel's goal is to bring long-term peace and security to its citizens.
