Iranian foreign minister to visit Russia on Thursday, RIA reports

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi will visit Russia on Thursday ahead of a planned second round of talks this weekend between Tehran and the U.S. about Iran's nuclear program, Russia's RIA state news agency reported.
Araqchi will deliver a message from his country's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei to Russian President Vladimir Putin during the trip, Iranian state media reported on Wednesday.
