After election victory, Hezbollah fires rockets at Israeli town named after Trump

Trump Heights, established in 2019, honors former and future US president for recognizing Israeli sovereignty over Golan Heights

Hezbollah rockets on Tuesday targeted the Golan Heights, including Trump Heights, a new settlement named after U.S. President-elect Donald Trump to honor him for recognizing Israeli sovereignty over the territory captured from Syria in the 1967 Six-Day War.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and then-U.S. ambassador David Freidman were in attendance.
