Lebanese PM speaks of 'Israeli violations' but does not mention Hezbollah

Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati claimed that there are "continuous contacts, which intensified yesterday, to stop the Israeli violations" of the cease-fire agreement. Mikati did not mention the violations on the part of Hezbollah, which yesterday launched two explosive devices that exploded in Mount Dov. As part of the talks, Mikati claimed: "We emphasized that the conditions must be stabilized to allow the return of the displaced and the deployment of the Lebanese army in the south must be expanded."
