Thailand’s Foreign Ministry welcomed on Thursday the release of five Thai nationals who had been held hostage in Gaza, expressing gratitude to Israel and all involved parties for facilitating their return.
In a statement, the ministry extended "heartfelt congratulations to the families of the released hostages" and praised the efforts leading to their freedom.
"Thailand calls for the immediate release of all remaining hostages, including one Thai national, so they can safely return home to their loved ones," the statement added.
