Reform Rabbi MK Gilad Kariv (Democrats) reported accompanying the Reform Movement's deputy director to the emergency room after she was allegedly injured by a stone thrown at her car during right-wing activists' attack on attendees of the Israeli-Palestinian memorial ceremony in Ra'anana. Kariv wrote on his X account: 'The synagogue experienced an attempted pogrom last night. What connection do mobs shouting 'death to Arabs' and 'may your village burn' have to the sacred memory of IDF fallen soldiers? These are hooligans who receive backing and turning of blind eye from state leaders. They are hate-filled barn burners, public desecrators of God's name. We won't let you and your patrons destroy the Third Temple.'
