Indictment: Driver Failed to Keep Distance, Collided with 17-Year-Old Motorcyclist Who Died at Scene on Route 4

The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment against Angel Levy, a 32-year-old Petah Tikva resident, for negligently causing the death of 17-year-old motorcyclist Eliya Alfi in an accident on Route 4 approximately four months ago. According to the indictment, Levy was driving her vehicle late at night on the highway, failed to maintain proper distance and collided with the motorcyclist. As a result of the impact, Alfi was thrown onto the road and pronounced dead at the scene.
