Another monkey found chained to a tree in Mazkeret Batya

The police report that they located another monkey abandoned in a public area in Mazkeret Batya, chained to a tree. The police released the monkey and called the Nature and Parks Authority inspectors, who took it for examination and moved it to a suitable location. So far, police forces in cooperation with the Nature and Parks Authority have located 13 monkeys.
