The Political-Security Cabinet, which met Monday night, approved the next phase of the operation in Lebanon. After the debate, a small gathering began, which for the first time also included Gideon Sa'ar, who was sworn in today as a minister without portfolio. At the cabinet meeting, ministers protested the leaks that came out the U.S. officials about the maneuver, after they received an update from Israel. Ministers also asked why the IDF spokesman referred to the operation even before the debate began.
