Yemen’s Information Minister Moammar Al-Eryani on Monday accused the Iran-backed Houthis of harming civilians and falsely blaming U.S. strikes for attacks, citing recent incidents in the capital.
“Houthis launched a missile from Sanaa that struck a residential neighborhood and the latest attack on a cemetery does not match U.S. munitions,” Al-Eryani wrote on social media. He accused the terror group of exploiting civilians for propaganda to divert attention from its “mounting crisis.”
