Palestinian sources claimed Saturday that Haitham al-Hawajri, the commander of Hamas’ Shati Battalion, will personally hand over Israeli-American hostage Keith Siegel to the Red Cross. Israel previously claimed that al-Hawajri was killed earlier in the war.
