Noa and Nir Baranes, 46, members of Kibbutz Ortal, were identified as the couple killed on Tuesday night by a direct hit to their vehicle. The kibbutz stated that they arrived in Ortal in 2012. Nir managed the poultry division and before that the tourism and culture division. Noa was the secretary of the farming division. The couple has three children, ages 13, 16 and 18.
