Israel strikes Hezbollah stronghold in Beirut

Lebanese media reported Israeli airstrikes targeting the Dahieh district of Beirut on Sunday, a Hezbollah stronghold.
The strikes came after Israeli military Arabic spokesperson Lt. Col. Avichay Adraee issued evacuation warnings to residents in the al-Hadath and Burj al-Barajneh neighborhoods.
Meanwhile, Lebanon’s NBN network reported additional strikes in the al-Biyada area in southern Lebanon.
The escalation follows more than 200 rockets launched from Lebanon into Israeli territory earlier in the day, intensifying tensions along the volatile border.
