The IDF Arabic Language spokesperson posted a warning to Lebanese civilians not to cross the Litani River to the south between 5 PM on Wednesday and 7 AM on Thursday. "For your and your families' security you are prohibited from heading south toward the villages the IDF asked to evacuate. Any travel in those areas is a danger to you," the military's warning said.
