Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi was quoted by Qatar's Al-Araby Al-Jadeed Arabic TV outlet on Tuesday as saying that Tehran would consider sending troops to Syria if requested by Damascus and that he plans to visit Russia to discuss the Syrian crisis but did not specify when.
