The Jerusalem Pride and Tolerance Parade this year will be held on June 5, marking a decade since the murder of Shira Banki, in coordination with and approval from the Jerusalem District Police. The Jerusalem Open House for Pride and Tolerance, which produces the parade, announced that 'this year's parade will reflect the spirit of our times, following almost two years in which our hearts echoed with the cries of the hostages' families, as we grieved the ongoing war in our country and the persecution of the transgender community worldwide, while commemorating a decade since the murder of young Shira Banki.'
