Hamas promises Russia national held hostage will be released in deal

Hamas leadership gave Moscow a "firm promise" on Tuesday that Russian-Israeli hostage Sasha Troufanov would be "released alive and well," according to Russia's ambassador to Israel cited by Russian outlet RIA Novosti.
"Alexander Troufanov could be freed from Gaza within 3-4 weeks," Russian Ambassador Anatoly Viktorov said on the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
