U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken told Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at their meeting in Jerusalem that the response in Iran should be moderated, and the ground action in Lebanon should be concluded, taking advantage of Israel's military achievements and turning them into strategic achievements. Also, Blinken presented the American road map for ending the war. Netanyahu's office said that any blueprint for ending the war must achieve Israel's war goals: to return all our hostages, to eliminate Hamas' military and command capabilities, and to ensure that Gaza no longer poses a threat.
