Israeli residents of northern Israel can return home, according to IDF retired Colonel Miri Eisin.
She told ILTV News that Hezbollah has been “heavily downgraded” and that if the terror organization were to do anything against civilians in Israel, it would “bring the wrath, not just of the IDF, but of the world against it.”
She added, “They don’t want to start,” and there is “mutual deterrence.”
