The Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar, which is affiliated with Hezbollah, reported that the terrorist organization's Secretary General Naim Qassem is expected to give a speech Wednesday, following the visit of U.S. President Joe Biden's special envoy, Amos Hochstein. News of the presumed speech comes after an address scheduled for Tuesday was cancelled.
