The IDF has begun disciplinary action against medical officers who signed a public letter calling for the release of hostages and an end to the war.
IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir instructed the military’s chief medical officer, Brig. Gen. Zivan Aviad-Bar, to personally inform the reservist doctors that politics has no place in the army and to request that they remove their names from the letter.
