Turkey says Russia's Lavrov to meet Ukrainian counterpart on Thursday

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said on Monday that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will on Thursday meet with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba.
This will be the first high level meeting between the waring nations since the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
