'Entering Lebanese territory prohibited': Police issue safety warnings for northern travelers

Israeli police issued on Thursday weekend travel advisories for the north, cautioning against entering restricted areas without prior coordination with security authorities.
"Report any unidentified objects to the 100 hotline and avoid non-primary roads," the police said.
They also reminded the public that entering Lebanese territory is prohibited and carries a penalty of up to four years in prison.
