Kuwait's foreign minister and the secretary-general of the Gulf Cooperation Council have arrived in Syria, Kuwait's foreign ministry reported on Monday. The Qatari pan-Arab Al Jazeera TV aired footage of the Kuwaiti diplomats meeting Syria's de facto leader, Ahmed al-Sharaa.
