The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a UK-based opposition war monitor, reported on Saturday to Saudi channel Al-Hadath that Syrian government forces fully withdrew from Hama following rebel offensives in Aleppo. The Syrian Defense Ministry denied the claims of retreat.
