A ministry spokesperson stated that "these false accusations combine absurdity with danger, and the insistence on dragging our name into the election discourse in this manner reflects an excessive obsession with Qatar among certain political and media circles in Israel, which exceeds the bounds of logic. We are not a scapegoat for the political failures of certain Israeli politicians."
