Lebanon's national electricity company announced on Saturday a complete power shutdown across the country due to a severe fuel shortage.
The blackout has affected key facilities, including the airport, port, water pumps and prisons. However, prolonged power outages have become a common occurrence in Lebanon due to ongoing hostilities with Israel, with most establishments now relying on generators to maintain operations.
