The IDF said on Tuesday that Major (Res.) Moshiko Maxim Rozenwald, aged 35, from the Combat Engineering Corps in the Nahal Brigade, and a resident of Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut, was killed when a building collapsed in Rafah in the Gaza Strip.
