Omar Hijazi, the Palestinian representative at the hearing on Israel's violations of international law in Gaza, told the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague that 'Israel is killing and displacing civilians, and targeting aid workers in Gaza.' According to him, 'Israel is preventing humanitarian aid from entering Gaza as a weapon of war. Hunger is here.'
