Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar addressed the foreign press regarding today's discussions at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague concerning Israel's alleged violations of international law. 'We decided not to cooperate with this disgraceful body. UNRWA, which employed hundreds of terrorists who participated in the massacre, should have been put on trial,' he said. He accused UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres of responsibility, noting that 'he knew what was happening in UNRWA. Israel warned him - but he did nothing.'
