Two East Jerusalem residents arrested on suspicion of planning to join ISIS

Police arrested two East Jerusalem residents, ages 19 and 34, on suspicion of planning to join ISIS abroad. The arrest took place several weeks ago when the two returned from a visit to Turkey and Jordan, and has now been cleared for publication. According to police, the suspects abandoned their plans to join the terrorist organization, and their plot was discovered upon their return to the country. The prosecution is expected to file an indictment against the two suspects.
