The IDF, Shin Bet and police announced that the terrorist responsible for the shooting attack near the al-Khader junction in the Jerusalem area, which killed 12-year-old Yehoshua Aharon Tuvia Simcha, surrendered to security forces Thursday morning following an extensive manhunt.
