Three Palestinians indicted for plotting to assassinate Ben-Gvir

Liran Tamari|
Israeli authorities announced Thursday that three Palestinians from Hebron have been indicted for forming a terror cell to attack security forces and assassinate National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and his eldest son Shuvael.
According to the indictment, Ismail Ibrahim Awadi, the ringleader, contacted Hamas and Hezbollah in June to establish a military cell, obtain weapons and manufacture explosives. He surveilled Ben-Gvir and his son, studying their vehicles and security arrangements, and plotted to target the minister at terrorist attack sites.
