UN Security Council to hold emergency meeting on Houthi attacks

The United Nations Security Council will convene Wednesday for an emergency session on recent Houthi attacks, following a request from Israel.
Israeli Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon said, “It seems the Houthis have not yet understood what happens to those who try to harm Israel. I expect the Security Council to support Israel and condemn the attacks against it.”
Danon also urged the council to enforce international law and hold Iran accountable.
