Hamas is struggling with severe economic hardships, including suspended salary payments for terrorists and senior leaders, due to IDF military operations in Gaza and halted humanitarian aid, intelligence sources cited by The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday.
The report added the terror group, which controls Gaza, has been left nearly bankrupt after a series of Israeli strikes targeting its financial infrastructure, including the elimination of its chief financier and the cutoff of aid deliveries that Hamas looted and sold to fund its operations.
