Drone strike in southern Lebanon kills one, injures two

A drone strike killed one person and injured two others in the southern Lebanese town of Khiam, Lebanese media reported on Thursday.
The attack reportedly occurred during a Lebanese Army deployment in the area. Additional reports indicated an Israeli strike in the southern Lebanese town of Majdal Zoun.
