Ultra-Orthodox extremists are protesting outside the Tel Hashomer recruitment office following enlistment to the Hasmonean Infantry Brigade. Throughout the day, young men designated for ultra-Orthodox IDF tracks are expected to arrive, led by approximately 70 recruits for the second cycle of the Hasmonean Brigade. The brigade was established during the war with accommodations for maintaining a religious lifestyle.
