Chief rabbi: Don't move to Israel if it means secular neighbors

Sephardic Chief Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef says ultra-Orthodox Jews should not move to Israel if means living in a non-Haredi area with secular Israelis who pose a threat to their spiritual wellbeing.
Yosef said that Jews who live in predominantly Haredi neighborhoods in the Diaspora should remain where they are.
