Hamas committed numerous war crimes and crimes against humanity against civilians during the October 7, 2023 massacre, Human Rights Watch said in a detailed report issued on Wednesday. The invasion of Israel was designed to kill civilians and take as many people as possible, hostage, the group found in its 236-page report.
