Will a positive serological test grant the Green Pass?

A person who recovered from COVID after receiving either dose will receive the Green Pass, which will remain valid for six months.
Are those who received the inoculation abroad also eligible to receive the Green Pass?
Those who have documentation that prove they received all vaccine doses will receive the Green Pass, subject to a positive serological test performed in Israel.
Those who have documentation that prove they received only the first vaccine dose, will be able to receive the second in Israel, thus becoming eligible for the Green Pass.
