Chabad emissary’s killing in UAE possibly linked to non-Iranian group, sources say

The terror cell responsible for the killing of Chabad emissary Rabbi Zvi Kogan in the UAE may not have been acting under Iranian orders but instead for another organization, possibly Palestinian Islamic Jihad or Hamas, sources said on Sunday.
Earlier, Iran’s embassy in the UAE said it "categorically rejects allegations" of Iran's involvement in Kogan's murder.
